Geoffrey M. Bohn is a litigator who litigates intellectual property cases with an emphasis in trademark infringement, copyright infringement, cyber-squatting, business and contractual disputes. He has successfully tried numerous civil jury and bench trials in multiple jurisdictions.

He is admitted in Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia, Florida, the United States Court of Appeals (Fourth and First Circuits), the District of Maryland, the Eastern District of Virginia, the Western District of Virginia and the United States Supreme Court. He holds a Juris Doctor from the Thomas Cooley Law School received in 1998 where he was on the Dean’s List and received the highest grade in the class in Copyright Law, District Court Practice, International Business Law, Mortgages and Land Contracts and Banking Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Missouri where he won a Missouri Bright Flight Scholarship.
